You and your road-reps can earn 20% commissions for simply telling your customers about Repair Masterclass.
Having owned my own retail store, or managed stores for over 25 years, I've seen the bottom line benefits of educating teachers on quality repairs. Doing so not only sends more traffic to my shop, but helps educators fight against poor quality ISO's AND gets them to refer more rentals and step up sales!
Affiliate Commissions
I sell two primary products: 1) Masterclass Courses and 2) Shop Visitor Sessions.
Both are available for band and orchestra.
Give your road-reps and sales associates a way to connect with local educators and community players and earn a commission while they do. Invite players or entire districts to a Shop Visitor session; each covers a different topic, provides online reference materials, and is offered live or on-demand, both with an outstanding multi-camera setup so everyone can see every last detail.
The Masterclass Courses equip educators with instrument repair skills so they can ensure every student gets on stage. Those who participate in the course not only learn how to maintain and repair their instruments but start to notice just how bad the instruments their students are playing really are, leading to more repair work in your shop, better school bid decisions and lots more step-up sales.

Frequently Asked Questions
Let's see if I can help answer any of your questions. When you have more, just reach out and ask.
Nothing. Let's face it, you're doing me a favor by promoting the great products I offer and, for doing so, I want to pay you. The only "cost" you'll have is a bit of time to fill out the form and set up your ed reps.
Prep Tech Course provides 15% commission on any sale to the sales rep. When you get someone to sign up for an online course you’ll receive a 15% commission (or $239.85) for that sale. Get more to participate and you’ll earn more.
Sales reps earn 50% commission for each district joining a Shop Visitor session. Our LIVE Shop Visitor sessions are set up in a way that is designed to be the most cost-efficient for teachers, so each district pays $95 for as many teachers as can come. If you help multiple districts to participate, then you earn more. Another way to earn with Shop Visitor courses to to offer the on demand courses to teachers or those who buy an instrument from you. At only $25 they're easy to afford and provide GREAT information.
Both the store and the sales rep earn a commission. Every time your ed rep earns a commission, so do you. A 2% commission of each sale ($1.90 for Shop Visitor Sessions and $31.98 for a Prep Tech course) is paid to the store as my way of saying thank you for the help. It's not much, but it's a great date night occasionally.
Commissions can be tracked by you at any time through online software. Log in to see who's sold what and the commission you both earned. All commissions are paid to the stores bank account the day after the event has occurred. It's up to the store to pay commissions to the individual sales reps, but this is made easy with the online software that tracks this meticulously by salesperson.
About 15 min total, less if you type fast. Here's the entire process:
If you want to sell more, put your marketing person - which just may be you - on posting the Instagram and Facebook posts I provide. Have each of your reps send introductory emails to their teachers with their unique link and then, on their next visit, use their link to sign every teacher up for the Free Emergency Repair guide and secure any future purchase as a commission for themselves and you. It's really quite straight forward.
You're techs may, at first, laugh at the thought of teaching teachers, but I've been doing this for years now and no matter the teacher's mechanical aptitude, there are always 3 results:
The other result I saw in my own store, that surprised me a bit, was more step-up sales as a direct result of the class. The teachers start talking to their students about what they've learned - they can't help it - and as a result, the conversation always turns to better quality instruments, which drives traffic to your store. It's happened time and again, and I know it will happen as we educate your teachers together.
No. As every student is responsible for signing themselves up, they are each responsible for accepting not only the terms and conditions but access to course materials is contingent upon their acceptance of the liability release.
All of that being said, I do everything I can to ensure nobody breaks rule #1: Don't cut yourself. It's my primary concern throughout the course. So much so that, instead of offering a fully online experience, I require the students to meet with me live and online during their course in order to proceed through the course. Yes, this takes more of my time; yes, it reduces my margin; yes, it limits class size, but no one is going to be allowed to do something stupid as a result of me not trying to guide them correctly.
